Established on December 25, 2014, Anatolia Gençlik ve Girişimcilik Derneği is an officially registered national non-governmental organization in Turkey. While maintaining its headquarters and foundational roots in Çankırı, our programs, youth recruitment, and educational initiatives extend nationwide across Turkey.
We believe that exceptional entrepreneurial ingenuity, scientific curiosity, and leadership exist in every province. Our core mission is to unlock decentralized talent across Turkey—ensuring ambitious students, aspiring founders, and community innovators gain direct launchpads to corporate mentors, university incubators, and premier international mobilities.
Over continuous civic service since 2014, Anatolia NGO has engaged more than 1,500 participants and youth workers across 40+ partner nations spanning the European Union, Eastern Partnership (Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus), South Caucasus, and the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Founder & President • Anatolia Gençlik ve Girişimcilik Derneği
Serving as Founder and President since the association's establishment on December 25, 2014, Çağrı Pehlivan has directed bilateral exchanges, Erasmus+ KA2 strategic partnerships, and non-formal entrepreneurship incubators. Operating between Turkey and Germany, he coordinates international partnerships with institutions including the Deutsch-Türkische Jugendbrücke, Mostar Friedensprojekt e.V., Jugendbildung Hamburg, and InterCollege Denmark.
